Bee’Leaf is a young association in Morzine that aims to promote a more sustainable way of life in our valleys. Through the organization of ecological themed events and meetings, their goal is to exchange experiences, opinions and advices to evolve together.
The evenings of October 11 and 12, 2019:
- 7pm – Aperitif – Conference on 0 waste lifestyle : hosted by Mélisse Carcassone, environment and energy engineer, and founder of’ECOCLINE company specialized in circular economy.
Melisse will explain the concepts of circular economy inspired by the virtuous circles of nature where nothing is lost, nothing creates, everything is transformed. Learn how to apply these principles to your home and helping the planet and your budget!
- 20h – 0% waste meal, 100% yummy : our Chef Thierry Thorens brings an anti-waste menu from starter to dessert. A series of 8 colorful plates based on local and seasonal products (short circuit). Vegetables and fish will be in the spotlight. Discover original recipes where scraps and what we would usually consider waste peelings are turned into star ingredients that add textures and favour to the Chef’s culinary creations.
