As
in previous years, a farmer will bring some of his cows to
show how cheese is made, from milking to the finished product.
A snail farmer will also be there to show people this little-known
branch of agriculture. And then there will be the potter,
the baker and other local craftsmen, coming to talk about
their work and show you how they do it.
And to complete the picture of what the agricultural fairs
were like in days of yore, there will be somebody to play
the Alpenhorn.
