Mountain Flavours Menu
- Fillet of Ardoisière valley trout cooked in a juniper and wild meadow cumin court bouillon
- Mixed salad with garden herbs
- Flamed Savoyard “diot” sausage with shallots and a concoction of potato, turnip and carrot
- Morzine “Merveille” pastries with chocolate cream and Chardonnière mint infusion
Savoy Flavours Menu
- Cream of lake Geneva crayfish with minced Verlioz Naked Neck chicken
- Fillet of fera fish on a hot griddle with lemon and caviar of white Auvergne lentils.
- Savoy biscuit with lightly poached seasonal fruits, vanilla and wild thyme cream.
How can I take part ?
Cookery courses at La Chamade cost €65 per person and include food preparation and meal tasting. Duration: 4 hours ( participants arrive at 10am, equipment and cooking apron provided). Each dish is accompanied by a complementary glass of wine. To book your place, please contact us .
