Nomingia

Nomingia, made up of Buster & Laken, is a versatile duo offering a wide musical palette, from French classics to RnB, pop to reggae, and even dance hits! With an ingenious loop pedal configuration, they recreate the sound of a full band, accompanying Laken’s powerful vocals.

With impressive combined experience, notably in the French Alps and at a variety of events such as weddings and corporate parties, Nomingia know how to charm all kinds of audiences. Their flexible style and eclectic set allow them to adapt to the atmosphere of any event, whether it’s a relaxed atmosphere or festive energy.

Chris Quin

Pendant de nombreuses saisons d’hiver, Chris a collaboré avec des groupes d’après-ski dans les Alpes françaises, suisses et italiennes, notamment au Strato, à Le Grandes Alpes et à The Ultima. En live, ses performances acoustiques variées vont des chansons folk britanniques traditionnelles à un picking bluegrass énergique, avec des influences de jazz et de blues. Avec plus d’une décennie de tournées mondiales, Chris a joué dans des lieux prestigieux tels que le BB King’s à New York et la Royal Albert Hall de Londres. Il est également présent dans la scène jazz européenne et a été mis en avant dans le Guitarist Magazine de mars 2023 pour son héritage de Django Reinhardt. En dehors des tournées, Chris organise des retraites de guitare chez ‘Roots Music Retreats’ et dirige une académie en ligne.

With nearly 20 years’ experience and thousands of shows under his belt, Alex excels on guitar, mandolin and vocals, bringing passion and improvisation to every performance. His music reflects his love of the mountains and outdoor adventures. Outside of Rapidgrass, Alex performs solo or in duo with his partner, Bonnie Culpepper, exploring a style between folk, bluegrass, duo and even blues. A versatile artist for unique musical moments!
